Sammy’s Wedding at Airlie

January 31, 2015

When Sammy told me her wedding was January 3, I have to admit, I was nervous about weather being a factor.  But I was unable to resist an all-white winter wedding with touches of gold, so I enthusiastically said yes!  Sammy was so sweet and excited about her big day, even painting her own vases to bring in more of the gold color!  Despite the sleet and freezing rain, Sammy’s wedding day was one of the most gorgeous I have ever seen.  Thanks to Matoli at Matoli Keely Photography for the beautiful images!

Sammy’s bouquet was made of white roses, white ranunculus, white anemones with black centers, white limonium, white lisianthus, and gold berries.

The boutonnieres were made from white limonium, white ranunnculus, dusty miller and gold berries.

Airle has a beautiful outdoor pavilion where Sammy and Aaron got married.  The aisle was lined with bundles of delicate white limonium.

Sammy’s centerpieces were a collection of gold bud vases filled with white roses, white anemones, white limonium, white lisianthus, and white ranunculus.  The table was finished with a white pillar candle inside of a hurricane vase and a gold table number.

Could this venue be any more beautiful?  Airlie is settled into the Shenandoah Valley and is perfect for anything from weddings and romantic getaways to conferences and corporate retreats.  I was completely impressed!

Wasn’t Sammy such a gorgeous bride?  Look at that fur wrap!!  Perfect for a winter wedding!

Sammy and Aaron just had so much personality!  I loved the little touches throughout their wedding that made it their own.  They even had their own beer made!

Just can’t resist sharing more of the pretty!

I love when a couple just can’t stop kissing!  And what a beautiful way to end the night, with a sparkler send-off!

Thank you again to Matoli Keely Photography for the beautiful images!
